Overnight at a rural hotel near the Myrdalsjokull Icecap and Dyrholaey headland. During the two days we visit the waterfalls, black sand beaches bird colonies in summer & fascinating geographical coastal features of the south shore. Returning to Reykjavik after visiting the Glacial Lagoon (Jokullsarlon) on day 2. (During summer months, an optional boat trip amongst the icebergs is available, payable locally).
This tour can only operate with a minimum of 5 people and is designed for small groups travelling together. Can be combined with Snaefellsnes overnight excursion to make a 4 day plan. Lunches & evening meals not included.
